At RVAB Organic, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our shipping process, delivery timelines, charges, and related terms.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

  • During festivals, sales, or high order volumes, processing may take longer.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver across most serviceable locations in India.

  • Delivery availability depends on courier partner serviceability in your PIN code.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote / rural areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping offers, if any, will be clearly mentioned on the website.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless delivery failure is caused by our error.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details / AWB number will be shared via:

    • SMS

    • WhatsApp

    • Email

Customers can use the tracking link provided to monitor delivery status.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times as per their policy.

  • If customer is unavailable or contact details are incorrect, delivery may fail or be returned.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • Refund may be adjusted after deducting shipping / return charges


7. Damaged / Tampered Package

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or tampered package:

  • Do not use the product

  • Take clear photos / videos immediately

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Claims raised late may not be accepted.


8. Delayed / Lost Shipment

  • RVAB Organic will make reasonable efforts to assist in delayed shipments.

  • However, delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or force majeure are beyond our direct control.

  • In case of confirmed lost shipment, we will offer replacement or refund as applicable.


9. Incorrect Address / Customer Error

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery details.

  • RVAB Organic is not liable for delays / losses due to incorrect address, phone number, or refusal to accept delivery.
