- Once an order is packed, processed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.
- Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations or orders based on serviceability.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

- Prepaid order refunds are credited to the original payment method.
